All images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Meredith Morris Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
2. Services & Bookings
All photography services are subject to availability and are confirmed only once a signed contract and retainer payment are received.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Final payment schedules and deliverables will be outlined in each individual client contract.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices for services and products are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until a contract is signed.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The balance must be paid according to the payment schedule in your agreement.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainer payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling policies are detailed in your signed client contract and may vary based on circumstances.
We strongly recommend clients purchase wedding or event insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
5. Image Use & Copyright
Meredith Morris Photography retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and enjoy images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be sold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing photography permissions at venues.
Clients agree to provide a safe working environment for photographers and assistants.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure).
In the rare event of an emergency preventing Meredith Morris Photography from fulfilling contracted services, a suitable replacement photographer or refund will be arranged.

This Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
